Loop Capital Markets acts as selling group on $1.5 billion senior unsecured notes offering of Ford Motor Credit Company

On April 30th, 2019, Loop Capital Markets participated as a selling group member in a single-tranche, $1.5 billion, senior unsecured bond offering of Ford Motor Credit Company (FMCC). The 10-year note is rated Baa3/BBB.

FMCC intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes.
