On May 9th, 2019, Loop Capital Markets served as co‐manager on a double‐tranche, €1.1 billion, senior unsecured bond offering of Eaton Capital Unlimited. The notes are rated Baa1/A‐ across 2 and 6‐year tenors.

The industrial company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes.
