Steve brings more than 50 years of experience to Loop Capital. His background includes accounting, auditing and advisory services for middle market companies, and most recently commercial banking. Steve began his career at KPMG before moving to Blackman Kallick where he was a client service partner and then the firm’s managing partner. Steve was instrumental in the transaction between Plante Moran and Blackman and went on to serve as managing partner of the combined firms’ Chicago office. Steve joined Wintrust Financial Corporation in 2015 as a Senior Banker focusing on new opportunities for the commercial lending group.

Steve serves on the boards of several private companies and nonprofits. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and was a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
