Michael Perez has over 8 years of experience supporting public and private sector clients across transaction advisory, financial reporting, valuation, quality of earnings analyses and due diligence.

Prior to joining Loop Capital, Michael worked as a Senior Associate for EY and as a Senior Tax and Audit Associate for CBIZ.

Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and Master of Science in Accounting from DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
