David W. Riesmeyer has more than 35 years of experience serving as a strategic and restructuring advisor and corporate executive to a broad range of companies. His expertise includes corporate restructuring, debt and equity financing, acquisitions and divestitures, cost‑reduction initiatives, ERP and information systems implementations, and dispute resolution. He has led organizations across finance, operations and supply chain, sales, and human resources, with extensive international operating experience throughout China, Europe, Latin America, Asia, and the Middle East.

As a Senior Advisor to Loop, Dave is a Managing Director at AEG Partners and has held senior leadership roles including Board Director, Chief Restructuring Officer, and Financial Advisor. He has provided critical assistance to underperforming companies that has included evaluating liquidity and developing/implementing cost reduction and restructuring programs. Industry experience spans industrial manufacturing, chemical processing, retail and e-commerce, aerospace and defense, technology, medical devices, transportation and logistics, automotive and heavy-duty truck, and commercial real estate.

He began his career in public accounting at KPMG and EY and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley University. Dave is a Certified Public Accountant.
