Loop Capital Markets served as book-running senior manager for the City of Philadelphia’s $68.335 million Water and Wastewater Revenue Refunding Bonds (Federally Taxable), Series 2019A transaction

On February 13, 2019, Loop Capital Markets served as book-running senior manager on the City of Philadelphia’s $68.335 million Water and Wastewater Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2019A (the “Bonds”).  Proceeds of the Bonds were used to finance (i) the refunding of all or a portion of the City’s outstanding Water and Wastewater Revenue Bonds, Series 2010C and all or a portion of the City’s outstanding Water and Wastewater Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2011B and Series 2012 and (ii) the costs of issuance.  The Bonds were rated “A1” by Moody’s, “A+” by S&P, and “A+” by Fitch.
