Mr. Lane is a Vice President and member of the investment team responsible for assisting with transaction evaluation, due diligence and asset management of JLC’s investments.
Prior to joining JLC, Mr. Lane was a Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Credit Suisse focused on Power and Renewables. Prior to that, Mr. Lane was a Vice President in the Corporate Investment Banking group at Loop Capital Markets and began his career as an attorney with DLA Piper focused on patent law and intellectual property. Mr. Lane received a Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Duke University, Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School and Master of Business Administration degree from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
