Joshua Webb has over 10 years of financial advisory experience and provides a variety of financial consulting and valuation services, including transaction opinions (fairness and solvency), financial modeling, tax planning and financial reporting (ASC 820, 718, 805, and 350) valuations. He has technical expertise in complex financial modeling and option pricing methodologies. Mr. Webb serves both public and private clients across many industry sectors.

Prior to joining Loop Capital, Josh interned for Promus Capital and Merrill Lynch.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Hobart College.
