Ms. Gadiyaram has seven years of experience in investment banking within the infrastructure, industrials and energy sectors.
Her advisory experiences include executing public-private-partnerships, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, and debt and equity financings. Prior to joining JLC, Ms. Gadiyaram spent approximately four and a half (4.5) years as an investment banking associate at Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC (GS), an advisory and investment firm based in New York City, where she covered public sector infrastructure and industrials sectors. Prior to GS, Ms. Gadiyaram spent about two and a half (2.5) years an investment banking analyst within UBS Investment Bank’s Global Energy Group. Ms. Gadiyaram received a Bachelor of Science in Commerce degree from the University of Virginia.
